Digitizing information across dozens of sites, plant and yard operations provides real time visibility into the companies operations. Integrated data directly feeds into service and maintenance programs, scheduled maintenance and end month billing, providing immediate and proactive responses to plant maintenance, labour and client requirements. Falcon Cranes mobile app meets all Tier 1 compliance requirements. Our modules cover their whole operation including, safety inspections across the fleet, asset tracking, plant and materials movements, scheduled inspections, equipment services, cranes pre-starts, fault notifications and pre-erection certifications.
National Concrete Solutions (NCS)
NCS is a leading national specialist concrete repair, remediation and rehabilitation contractor. Having offices in 3 states, the visibility of site documentation is critical for managing site operations and ensuring compliance to Tier 1 contractor requirements. The implementation of our automated app revolutionised their paper workflows by providing real time data visibility. Implementation of ITP and quality management apps allowed for complex and large multi-site projects to be easily managed and documented. In line with their ISO triple certification audits, they received commendation with their innovative automation and also received safety recognition from a large Tier 1 operator in VIC for our Silica Dust Exposure Record module.
QLD Bridge and Civil (QBC)
QBC is a mid tier civil construction company delivering civil infrastructure projects across QLD for nearly 30 years. They have prequalification to R5/B4/F75 under the NPSC. After we implemented an FSC safety management system into their business, QBC wanted to continue with their system streamlining and had Construction Apps develop an online site induction module to radically reduce site engineers time with on-site inductions. The automation saved hundreds of hours a month across their many sites. Construction Apps also implemented a QR code Pre-start module for workers to sign-in using their mobile devices and acknowledge the days activities and hazards. The App alerts HSEQ leads of any outlying issues and the app has been programmed to reject a workers sign-on if they have not previously undertaken that sites HSEQ induction.
Plumbing Logix
Plumbing Logix is a privately owned, award winning commercial plumbing company delivering plumbing, drainage and gas services across civil, multi-residential, commercial, industrial and retail projects. With a dozen or more concurrent major high end projects under construction, management needed more timely and visible documentation from sites. Construction apps provided a broad range of modules transforming the way they administer their projects. Multiple plumbing ITP’s were deployed along with safety and compliance apps. A show stopper for Plumbing Logix was our Passive Fire Register module that cut 100’s of hours of admin time per project. In alignment with our printed sequentially numbered labels, penetration details are quickly and easily recorded to automate the development of the Penetration Register.

With 30 years industry experience, James Trade Group delivers quality homes across Sth East and regional QLD. With an ever growing workforce they recognised the need to look at ‘How’ not ‘Who’ can cover the increasing admin across the business and keep overheads down. Quick Connect are a mid tier electrical and air conditioning contractor providing new and upgraded electrical services, maintenance, switch board upgrades and strata title maintenance and repairs.
Tired of the late nights typing out emailed installation certificates, compliance certificates and agency reports, Construction apps deployed a Test and Commissioning and a Smoke Alarm and Electrical installation module. The app significantly reduced their admin time to almost zero as reports and certificates were completed immediately after each job is completed with agency reports automatically sent to realtors and clients.

FastFlow
Fast Flow is a highly specialised group of companies providing solutions for rainwater management in building projects across Asia Pacific. Fast Flow designs drainage systems that seamlessly integrate into a host building, optimizing material use and achieving both architectural and engineering expectations.
With FastFlow systems being installed across the country, Fast Flow needed a custom built mobile app to readily record installation and quality inspections and safety / compliance requirements across multiple sites.

Waste Options
Utilising an Australian wide network of suppliers, Waste Options provides waste management services through each state of Australia. The company is triple certified to ISO safety, quality and environmental management systems. With their HQ in Sydney, The organisation has account managers across every state with field service staff undertaking client specific risk assessments, safety inspections and issues management. Waste Options engaged Construction Apps to develop numerous mobile modules to support their regional teams with more proactive client and service provider management. Quality, Safety and Incident management reports automatically populate to a Corporate Improvement register for continuous improvement. State managers have real time visibility into field staff operations and outputs. They also utilise an innovate training register module that consolidates all staff licenses and tickets, upcoming training, inductions, risk assessments and automated notifications for upcoming ticket renewals.
Northern Formwork
Northern Formwork based in Cairns provide formwork, steel and concrete prep/pour/finish services to Tier1 constructors and local builders. Having developed their Safety Management Systems, SWMS, ITP’s and procedures, along with a suite of on site modules, Construction Apps also provide tender / contract scrutineering and contract administration works.
With multiple sites across the region and a heavy documentation workload with the Tier 1 builders, Northern Formwork utilise numerous modules to stay on top of their admin work directly from site. As delays, variations and issues are identified on site, notifications are detailed and sent directly to the PC to ensure they meet contractual compliance and time bars. This has allowed the company to never leave any money ‘on the table’ due to poor and untimely admin / notifications. The company also utilise a Daily Diary, Tool Box Talk, Lost Time Notification, Observation, Fit Test Certificate and Site Record modules.

Construction Apps provided McPhersons with the latest compliant SWMS for all types of excavation activities including Silica Dust Controls in accordance with Appendix 4 of the new COP in QLD.

Rapidcrete
Specialising in Commercial, Industrial and High Rise concrete pumping, Rapidcrete are Victoria’s largest mobile pump providers. Providing numerous stage Z-Fold Booms, Mobile concrete boom pumps, 21m-61m Boom pumps, 28 to 46m 5 stage Z-Folds, High pressure high rise pumps and up to 33m Tower Booms. With 5o+ work teams managing pumps across the state, Construction Apps developed a robust mobile app that allowed each team to individually conduct Pre-Start checks on each pump, monthly maintenance checks, a fully automated online Safe Work Method Statement process to allow site specific SMWS modifications on the fly with worker sign-on and automatic emailing to clients. We also implemented a direct TXT messaging service to all site personnel. Admin now have full visibility on their desktops, in real time and eliminated 100’s of paper forms per day.
Ripcom
With over 30 years in telecommunications tower construction and installation, Ripcom is a preferred constructor for Telstra and NBN on the east coast of Australia. Needing to meet Federal Safety Commission (FSC) system and safety requirements, Construction Apps implemented a compliant FSC Safety Management System with SWMS and provided a suite of mobile modules for the recording of each phase of construction with ITP’s. Developing and implementing digital ITP’s with progress checklists, photos and approval signatures, ensures each stage of construction is compliant and reported in real time.
